2015

The journey of Isola delle Falcole began in 2015, when Emanuele – having interrupted his working relationship with his family – decided to share a project with his best friends. Their shared passion for fine wines and challenges led the three guys to search for a vineyard in the Chianti Classico area. After several attempts, Emanuele, Alessandro and Niccolò fell in love with a small piece of land located in one of the world’s best areas for the production of great wines: a single hectare and 200 metres between Panzano and Montefioralle, facing south/south-east and located 500 metres above sea level. Only one name was possible for that little corner of paradise where falcons used to nest: Isola delle Falcole was born.

2018

After two vintages, a great opportunity arrived in 2018: Maurizio and Loretta – owners of the neighbouring farm – came into contact with the three partners.

Noting their passion and iron will to develop a project of a certain level, they grant Emanuele, Niccolò and Alessandro the sale of a complex consisting of two and a half hectares of vineyard, a cellar and woodland.

Isola delle Falcole structured itself.

2022

As of today, the company has a total of 18 hectares of property, 4 of which are vineyards – from 35 to 75 years old – and another 4 that will be converted to such by 2030.

This is completed by a small, humble and simple building, but which is ideal for the vinification and the ageing of the wines.

Isola delle Falcole has taken shape, but it keeps growing.
